This 6-day Workshop will propel actors into their imaginations, intellects and emotional lives. Experiencing the power and beauty of Shakespeare’s language and engaging with the text in deeper more meaningful ways.

About the Workshop
This Workshop will immerse actors into the world of Shakespeare through an integration of voice, movement, text and clowning.
By engaging in high-stakes play, balancing freedom and desire with a clarity of purpose, Shakespeare’s text can be astonishingly alive and the actor’s work can become memorable.
The Workshop runs from 9:30am to 10:00pm each day.
Days will begin with world renowned Kristen Linklater Voice Work and Movement
The afternoons will be spent working on Clowning.
The evenings will be spent integrating this work into Shakespeare’s monologues and scenes.

Selection is by showreel (or filmed work), headshot and CV, attached to an online application.
Previous Shakespeare training or experience is not a prerequisite to apply.
