KRISTINE LANDON-SMITH MASTERCLASS

WITH WORLD RENOWNED MASTER TEACHER, KRISTINE LANDON-SMITH

Join master teacher Kristine Landon-Smith for a transformative three day immersion into a pedagogy that redefines the actor’s relationship with the stage.

Influenced by the teachings of Philippe Gaulier and the philosophy of Rustom Bharucha, Kristine’s work goes beyond traditional training, unlocking the individual power of every performer. Kristine works with the specific essence of each actor, ensuring your unique identity is the driving force behind every moment of performance, you are treated as the primary tool for creativity.

Rooted in a multi-lingual/multi-vernacular framework, Kristine’s approach prioritises "complicité" (the vital, warm relationship between performers and their audience). By shifting the focus away from the "self" and toward a profound complicité with scene partners and the audience, actors discover a new level of artistic fluency rooted in authentic connection, deep listening and a trust in their artistic practice.

This Masterclass is open to 15 participants.
