MEET THE INDUSTRY STANDARD
WITH AWARD-WINNING DIRECTOR, IAIN SINCLAIR
‘Meet the Industry Standard’ is a three day Scene Study in Adelaide, South Australia focused on the artistic benchmarks and professional standards that define the industry today.
Some scene studies overlook the dramaturgical foundations that provide an actor with true freedom in the work. We believe that a performance is only as stable as its preparation - a foundation designed not to restrict your intuition, but to empower it to be bold, present and entirely your own.
Through scene work, actors will leave with a renewed sense of artistic freedom to truly own their work. This course is designed for dedicated artists committed to fostering a high level process and achieving an industry standard way of working.
“Iain is one of the most forensic directors I have worked with. His knowledge of American literature is vast and he gets to the heart of what is at play. He is an inspiration” – Darren Gilshenan, Award-Winning Actor, Director, Writer & Teacher.
